Eggplant


In our delivery from the farm this week...they are so cute, I don't want to cut them up.  Also, I've never been very good at preparing eggplant.  Anyone have a yummy recipe?

  1. I absolutely love brinjals, the best I've eaten is curried brinjal, great with flat breads or steamed rice, otherwise I'd just grill it with some olive oil and salt, or with cheese, bon appetite!
